Natural slate, clay plain tile, concrete interlocking, pantile, Roman, machine-made and handmade tiles — all installed to BS 5534 by qualified roofers on traditional batten over a breathable membrane.
Lead & Metalwork
Bossed and welded leadwork, copper valleys and standing-seam zinc — sized for the next century.
New Build Roofing
Architect-led residential and commercial new builds. We work from drawings and hit programme.
Surveys & Reports
Drone and rope-access surveys with a written condition report inside five working days.

Every Monolith roof is laid by a roofer whose work we sign for. We don't subcontract, we don't substitute materials, and we don't compromise the detail for the sake of a programme.
